I have not been able to track down any Rainier 44 mag data with blue dot for my specific load. This is about as close as I got:
This is what I have so far:
Rainier 240gr Copper Plated HP
Wolf Large Rifle Primer
14.7gr of Blue Dot
OAL: 1.600
Some jacketed HP loads with Blue Dot specify around 15-17 gr.
I have 3 bottles of Blue Dot and I really want to make something cool with em.
I will be shooting from a Desert Eagle 44. 6" barrel.
Anyone have any experience with those Rainiers and Blue Dot?
I was going to make about 10 rounds and see how they perform tomorrow at the indoor range. Hopefully I will have my chrony by then but if not I will have to see how they feel
