I run 16.5 pound recoil springs in my SA TRP Operator and the Colt M-1911 .45ACP. The springs get change every 6 month or 5,000 rounds whichever comes first. Question how often do you change the oil in your vehicle?

Looking through that site, they have parts for all my guns! Even some spring upgrades for the wife's S&W 640! I might have to play around with some of those!
