It's a flake, if you want it to meter smoothly you have to run enough through your gear to get a patina of graphite on everything.

I bought PP for 357 SIG and have been well pleased with it in 9mm, 38 Spl, 45 ACP and 40 S&W as well. Edit to add: will use it in 357 Mag at some point.

I went with 6.0 gr for the 115 gr XTP, just shooting it in a High Power and no need to wind it up. Also picked up a 500 ct box of 105 gr RNL, but 9mm is still so cheap it's hard to justify wasting time on plinkin ammo.

For full house 230 gr 45 ACP, it's pretty hard to beat. Got great results with GDHP's and XTP's in my 1911 and my Glocks.

I was a Unique user back when I reloaded in the 80's, I don't miss it a bit.

Is that the electronic dispenser? I'm lazy and use the RCBS 1500, have you looked into tuning parameters for yours? I haven't felt the need to tune mine, but I have the book on it. Good price on the Hornady dispenser, too. The auto-throw feature is the best, and Hornady included that.

Yeah its the Electronic dispenser. Works awesome for my Rifle Match ammo. I figured I try it for my pistol, big mistake took forever lol. So today im swinging by Sportsmens for a powder thrower for my pistol rounds.

With 9mm and other short high pressure cartriges, most powders give you 75% or better case fill.
