If you are talking about their "Silver State Bullets", they are quite hard. I bought a box of their 158g Round Nose and have clocked them at 1197 fps with 8g Power Pistol out of a 4" Ruger. Works fine.
The Silver State is on the left, Bear Creek Moly next to it and my own cast Lee 358-158 RF out of the mold and after tumble lubing.
