    Reloading Card

I am probably using the wrong search parameters so I will post here. Looking for a great .pdf file that I can use for keeping track of specific ammo loads, basically build my own library of results for future reference.

    Thanks in advance.

Theres a cool app for the iphone called ammotracker, it allows you to store all your loads in a reference type library. The new updat even allows you to take pictures of your targets and attach them to the load so you can review each loads performance later

For $2.99 I am going to give it a shot. 4.5 stars for 10 reviews.

I usually just load a powder ladder and throw them in plastic bags and write on them with a paint pen. Circle the load I like and then write that load on the ammo can.

Edit: Just downloaded it. Played with it for a couple of minutes so this is just from the hip. There should be more pre-programmed information, compiling and adding a list of common calibers, powders, and bullets should be a basic feature. However being able to add session information should more than make up for that small inconvenience.

I do a bit of a stoneage method, I just have a word document that has load data that I want to use in sections. I write down any info for the load I want in it. That being said, I don't have a smartphone, if i did, id be inclined to try the app.

Im still waiting for someone to make a comprehensive reloading app with load data and the same info as an entire reloading manual. It would also be nice if it calculated FPS for varying charges and bullet weights

I use an Excel spreadsheet. Nothing wrong with a pad and paper also.

Reloaders reference can do that. I'm still playing with it trying to get comfortable, but it can track your own loads and inventory.

If anyone wants to do the programming I will provide some research by collecting info on powders primers and common projectiles.

Excel is the way to go. Every round I own is accounted for. When I get low, within reason, of any caliber it reminds me to order more. It stores my complete load data by date manufactured. I can use a comparator to cross reference different load types as well as ballistics. Its all in how you set it up. Until something better comes out I will use Excel.

As mentioned above, for those of us without an apple, reloaders reference is good. Get it here.

nope.. runs on xp and win7 just fine.. win7 does need to have the permissions corrected on the folder like they have in their text file where you download everything...
