It's not a magic tonic. It's a cheap way to polish your brass, what's not to like? What's not to share about that? If it was some expensive magic tonic, then that's another story, that's guys trying to convince you that it's "worth it" to buy that stuff. For something like cheap car polish, it's a helpful tip.

On top of that, Wright's Brass Polish has both Oxalic Acid and Ammonium Chloride in it.
Not good. Will it make your brass explode the next time you shoot it? Probably not.

Do you know what Oxalic Acid is? It didn't kill Popeye

NuFinish has Oleic Diethanol Amide in it, which has way more syllables than Oxalic Acid, and therefore must be more dangerous.

Anyhow, my point is that there are dozens of brands of car polish people might have in their garage that will work great for making your brass shine. I just think it is funny that people are buying a specific brand when they probably have 3 half-used bottles of Brand-X that would work just fine.

I collect Military Arms and enjoy shooting in local matches. I also collect older Lever Actions, especially those chambered in odd/old cartridges. If you have a nice old Winchester or Marlin in 25-20, 32-40, 38-55, 40-60, 45-70, etc etc, please PM me and we can work out a deal.

Whatever makes it purdy works for me. I'm not that good of a shot but the brass looks good going in and coming out.

Nu-finish is widely used over other polishes. Its low priced, does a good job polishing brass without leaving residue that can stain brass. Also has be noted that your media will last longer with Nu-finish than other polishes. Its used because people that have been reloading for decades have tried everything. Its a good balance polish. That's all it is.

I use liquid Turtle Wax as well. I don't see much difference between them. Yea, its wax and seems to work fine for me. Good smelling too.
