Would not do it. You might get media stuck in the flash hole and not know it.
Just because I'm paranoid doesn't mean they're still not out to get me!!!

      Why tumble after priming?

      You can tumble after loading.

Another vote for "not a good idea"!

Just tumble the rounds after they are loaded if you want to clean pre-primed cases.

I tumble after loading for every round I fire. I wouldn't do it after priming.

Tumble after loading is not a problem, but the flash hole worries me too. What are you trying to accomplish with this? the inside of the brass should have been cleaned prior to resizing and depriming.

If I was super concerned about ultra clean brass, I'd go with stainless steel for tumbling media. The results over at 6mmBR.com are sweet, but have yet to see it make a difference.

Rather than wiping off each round (couple hundred) of the case lube I used. I was hoping just to clean them before loading. No worries, I loaded them up last night and tumbled them after the fact. They turned out perfect.

I would think the possibility of clogging up the flash hole would make the practise a real bad idea.

I tumble twice. Once after using a universal decapping/depriming die and once after resizing. Note that after tumbling after resizing, I place my brass mouth down in a plastic ammo tray (e.g. plastic trays used for Black Hills blue box ammo) and quickly stick a pick, pin, or some other pointed tool in all the flash holes to make sure they are clear.

i thought about tumbling after priming as a way of preventing the media from clogging, but i never got around to test out the theory.

Tumble the brass again AFTER resizing/decapping, before priming.
