Regardless, I'm not upset or anything, just surprised that something like that would offend someone. I didn't think it was any more offensive than a "nobama" av or something of the sort. No problem though, to each his own.

As for 1st amendment, It doesn't exist on a private forum and I'm cool with that. Like I said, just surprised it offended and could have been handled different.

Anyway, sorry if the puppies offend, I'll try to find something else.
Wow, that offended people? I have seen SIGs with people getting killed and those ran for awhile.
I have seen your avatar before and thought it hit exactly the right situation here in "California" ( i don't want to offend anyone by misspelling it ). I am of partial spanish decent and totally agree with the point you were trying to get accross. Try the confederate flag next time, maybe it'll be less offensive. I had a SIG that had sound embedded and had it yanked. ( on another forum)
Good luck in trying NOT to offend ANYONE
Is there an open forum out there? ( Just wondering )

I think what struck a nerve is that the U.S. flag is never to be displayed below any other flag for any reason. There are some other rules (don't let the flag touch the ground, proper disposal of a worn flag, saluting or standing at attention as the flag is raised or lowered) but I don't know them off the top of my head like that one.

On topic: the components are more readily available now, but the cost of bullets and brass are way up there while powder and primers have dropped in cost. Maybe I'm just moving up the component quality ladder.

Nope. That's just about right. My favorite cast boolits jumped around $6 or so/500.

          Haven't priced brass lately.

I say keep the puppies & rainbow. I think it's great & it kinda carries it's own message, yes?

...and who doesn't like cute little puppies?
