    Scrap Bullets - Smelters Dream

    Hey Calgunners,

I have probably 100lbs of scrap bullets that I would like to get rid of.

95% is FMJ bullets , mixed calibers. Figured a smelter out there could make bullets for years out of it.

Sorry new to forums... Location: Mission Viejo... $40

Man I am breaking rules all over the place. How do I move / Delete the thread to put it in the appropriate place?

5600 125gr bullets I wouldn't call bullets for years but nice of you to offer.

Rules state wts must have location and price.

Since this is not in the marketplace, I'll chime in. I've used reclaimed bullet lead before and the jacket material is a PITA to deal with. The lead is usually really soft (but, I like that for some casting) and I tend to only get about a 50% (by weight) yeild from reclaimed bullet lead.
