I think the Lakewood Wal-Mart is the only one. They seem to be a little slow in adopting the new prices for 45acp and 9mm.

AV on valley central wal-mart .223 100 packs for 39, last week in ridgecrest I got the 200 count .223 for 78.

If your talking about the Winchester White Box over the PMC hell yes it's better. The PMC is not bad but WWB is pretty hard to beat and hard to find for that matter.

I just bought 2 100 rounds packs of federal .223 fpr 39.97 each at the San Diego Wal Mart of Aero dr. There were 2 boxes left, but I could't take them because I had wifey with me and she was already pissed.

Walmart in Lancaster sold out on 38 SPL yesterday and has no source of restock they say. I will check again next week.
