    Accidently bought Magnum SPP

Are magnums okay to use in small primer .45 brass? I accidently bought it and don't really want to drive back and exchange them if I don't have to.

    Thanks
    Bert

They are fine. For regular 45 loads my chronograph testing has shown no difference between standard or magnum primers.

magnum primers are fine in standard loads, but in super hot hunting loads, standard primers may, or may not work.

Load them up and do not worry.
A 30cal will reach out and touch them. A 50cal will kick their butt.

You are GTG as mentioned above. Oh and stop hoarding all the SPP. 45 out there. The price is starting to creep up as people are starting to use them more frequently. Lol. Happy shooting.

But if you only look at the clay targets, how can you see where you are aimed? No "Hard focus on the FRONT SIGHT"??

I might not be very good at this. I have only shot a .410 shotgun, and that was at a closet door. Never a 12 gauge, or tried to hit something that moves.

I think he just wants to humiliate me.

The trick is to pick up the distance between the barrel and the target with your peripheral vision WHILE keeping your eyes ONLY on the clay target!!

Go shoot this weekend and let me know how you did!!

There are 2 skeet clinics on Calguns, 1 north and 1 south. You can always join the clinic to get better insight on the subject. Hopefully you're not in the middle of SF & LA!!
