Gun show powder and primers?

While I agree about the entertainment part. Either you didn't read my post or, you don't think that 6000 primers for $50 is a "good deal"???? Sometimes you can score great deals but, you have to be ready to jump on them and, chances are, they're not going to be exactly what you are looking for. But, great deals do exist at gunshows. Just like any flea market, you have to hunt for the deals.

Does anyone know off the top of their head, prices for CCI #500 primers and Solo1000 powder at the gun show??? Wondering if it's worth the wait to the Ontario show or just order online and suck up the hazmat fee....Thanks!

Don't hold your breath for primers or powder at the ontario show.... they dont sell them at the show, due to some city ordinance or some crap like that. Costa mesa show is cool to pick up supplies.

There aren't any local reloading supply shops in SoCal? I picked up 4lbs of Bullseye at Discount Shooters Supply about 10 minutes from my house this afternoon for $65 and tax.

Does anyone know what some vendor might or might not price something that they might or might not bring to a gunshow? Seriously, give me a break. That's like asking someone to qoute a price for a chair at a garage sale. Who the hell knows the answer? Well, the vendor who actually brings the items to the show does but, that's about it.

Man, didn't think this question would get anyone fired up... I just know the exact price and location of the ammo I buy at the show. If someone were to ask, I could tell them. If the place was out of that particular ammo or had raised the price, so be it. Thats all.

Man, didn't think this question would get anyone fired up...

I just get tired of seeing the same type of questions about gunshows. The fact is that gunshows are just giant gun related swap meets. Some vendors have great deals and others think that their stuff is made of unobtainium. Anyone who goes to gunshows with a shopping list and believes that they will find everything on the list cheaper than anywhere else is a moron. Yet, if you hunt through the junk, you can score some exceptional deals.
