    rcbs customer service

I broke the depriming die on my 243 set, I suspect that the expander came loose and was ripped off the rod. I should have checked it, my bad . They are sending me a whole new die for free. Got to love them. Also they are also exchanging the metering cylinders for an uniflow at no cost. You can't ***** about pricing with this kind of support

I broke a part, my fault, and I was able to drive up to their shop and pick up the replacement, no charge. When I told the guy how many how long I had been using the press, he gave me several other parts that he figured I might need to replace also, still no charge.
RCBS has always been good to me.

Yep the Dillon guys think customer support is only from Dillon. I bought a progressive press at a yard sale missing parts I called RCBS to buy them. I even told them where I got the press. Still they would not let me pay for the parts.

Another positive.... A friend gave me a RCBS press that was missing the primer catcher. I contacted them to see if the part was available. It was in my mailbox the next week. Free of charge.
