Yep. I'm also using an RCBS pad with some lyman lube, and to clean the lube, they just hit the tumbler for a while.
Also: To clean a case lube pad if you feel it's too gummy, use mineral spirits. This made the lube dissolve amazingly fast and left the pad in top shape. It was so gummed up because it had been sitting there for at least 15 years, untouched with gobs of an unknown lube all over it. Went from sickly yellow nasty, to a nice white sponge again.Originally posted by greasemonkey1911's instill fairy dust in the bullets, making them more deadly.Comment

For .223, I just put a few hundred cases in a plastic grocery bag, dip about 3-4 cases in mobile-1 5w30 and throw it in the bag. Mix it all up like trail mix. If you have too much oil, just add more cases. Its just right when you can barely feel the oil.Comment

With all this "gun control" talk, I've not heard one politician say how they plan on taking guns from criminals, just law abiding Citizens.

Never tried the pam but Butter flavored Crisco spray works for .45 ACP but if you try to resize a 30-06 case down to 8mm Mauser you will get it stuck in the die

I had never had a stuck case until I used Hornady spry lube, I will stick with the lube pad.
I will only use spry lube on my pistol brass, even though I don't have to lube it just makes it easier.Comment

Dillon is the answer. Their spray lube is the total shiznit for rifle loading. Hornady One-Shot is best used for pistol loading if you want smoother press action on a progressive.
Hornady One-Shot is well known to produce stuck cases in small base rifle dies. Dillon spray lube is well known to NOT do so, end of story here

I use Imperial on my rifle cases but I have to apply it to each case. It would certainly be easier to use a spray lube like I use on my pistol cases. I don't really need a lube for the pistol cases since I use carbide dies but it makes it so much smoother!Check back later for a witty comment.Comment

Go to the $1.00 store and get the cheap pam imatation. It really works well based on a frequent poster @ THR's experience. He is a good man, a good shot, and a good hunter.I always wanted to use butter flavored PAM spray to lube the cases so when I'm at the range my neighbors get the sudden craving for pancakes.
Honestly, I have seen everything from oil to Pam to personal lubricant used to lube cases, just to name a few.
