We Blue Owners need to GLOAT...hahaha..I just got back from a week long sailing event in Arizona...wow..had fun at a Gun Range. They even had 10MM for sale on the shelves...(rare)

One Gun Store had some El Dorado Starfire 180 grain JHPs for $18 box of 50.
Nickel cased. It had been repackaged from a bulk barrel into 50 round packs)

I don't really know much about Starfire but it looked good. Considering it was much cheaper than Remington Green box range ammo ($27) I bought all they had. (9 boxes). Even if it's not great, I want the nickel cases for my 180grain
          XTP/800X project.

Left for home in the rain, arrived in the rain.

It's good to be back in my Man Cave

May the Bridges I burn light the way.

The thing I love about Bob's setup, other than the massive quantities of everything, is the "correct" amount of organization.

Not so organized that you know all he does is look for that next special container and yet not disorganized; cause with a setup as impressive as this one, disorganized could take on third world proportions real quick.

Pretty darn envy worthy Bob. Good for you.

Bob, I'm going to try 800x after I finish up my WSF. What can you tell me about your experiences with 800x? Is it clean burning? Does it leave any "flakes" ? Its a round powder like Universal...Universal would leave with flakes after every shot!!
