    "Over"-penetrate? Can a bullet really penetrate too far? I'd rather put a hole all the way through someone, then through the car behind them than make a hole that doesn't include an exit wound. Even without expansion, rifle bullets tend to be more effective than hollowpoint handgun rounds.

    The fatal effects of 7.62x39 on the battlefield are practically legendary - and probably are part legend, but every legend has some basis in fact.
