Tumble Clean or Resize First

I've got me a couple of old Lee reloading kits, the 9mm one has a depriming pin on a nice sturdy rod. I lube size/deprime then tumble to remove the lube. The 9mm's depriming pin is stuck in my vice (gently) and sits there to smash free the flash holes that are invariably crammed with cobb. Some of that stuff is tougher than cement and broke the first toothpick I tried to use.
