Oh I know that .45 dosent mean 1911. I just really would like one myself. XDs are nice too, espically since they come with that bad *** case or at least thats what I have seen when they advertise them on the outdoor channel durning their Wednesday nights at the range line up.

The only case candy that is decent is the mag holder. The holster is crap, the mag loader is ok I guess. My girl uses it she likes it.

The gun itself is awesome. Glock reliability without the crap ergos.

Well thats good to know. That would be by next gun after a 1911. The only thing is that I like hand guns to have an external hammer. I like the look of it. I'll admit that I havent done much research on if an internal hammer is safer but I wouldnt think that would make any differnece since the development of the transfer bar or hammer block systems helped to slove most of those problems.

Well, I've got an apprentice (my g/f), but you can see how she does it. She's a newbie who is learning reloading the old-fashioned way, single-stage. I believe this to be the right way to *start* reloading; progressive can come later.

Here are some vids of her doing her thing, as a newbie, with explanations of what she's doing and why. Not exactly what you asked for, but maybe it'll help you out. Reloading's actually a very simple process.
