Ok, here is what you they look like at ACE. I like these because you can write on them with a sharpie. I numbered the bumps so I can keep track of how far I turn the nob, and I marked what direction increases the charge, so I dont have to keep guessing and testing. I bought 5 and will ship them to you for $3 each. You can see what I paid in the pictures below...Hell, I will throw one in for free if you buy a backpack.

The first picture shows the outside of the drawer, you want the middle drawer.

Second picture shows the sizes, you want the 5/16 size

OK, so then I should just check before buying one. LexLuthor's pic doesn't show 7/16ths in any of the bins.

5/16th is the size your want from ACE.
PM me if you want one, I bought 5 extra while I was there to share since they are not in all Ace or HD stores.

Here are the picks of my Uniquetech micro adjuster on my powderbar. It was easy to install and thus far has been pretty accurate to recreate a previous load. The micro adjuster came with a table that could be used to estimate loads. I have read that the table works very well though.

                          That thing's pretty cool

Will it fit the small bar too?

Yes. It will fit any powder bar. I plan to buy a second one in the near future to use on my small bar.
