I stand corrected! Damn, been engaging mouth (fingers in this case) before starting brain... lately.

Here's some bulk Hornady 75 grain bullets. Only 3 left according to website.

77 Gr under 25 gr of Varget is very accurate on my SPR (pretty hot). If you want to do something like hornady 55 gr FMJ, I use 25 gr of H335.

Please make sure to work your loads up. Be safe.

My 1-in-9 16" heavy is very accurate with 22.5 grains (only around 90% of max load) of H322 using Hornady's 52 grain FMJs, didn't do any real performance testing so that charge can vary. One brother-in-law was pretty happy with the 75 grain FMJs under some Varget or H4895 for his 1-in-7, while I've been having trouble with my 1-in-7 upper so I don't know how well those work relative to the 68's and 52's I've got on hand. The 1-in-9 upper couldn't group the 68's and 75's, but I don't know if the 1-in-7 works the other way on the bullet weight spectrum.

Use heavier bullets for 1/7. like 62gr and above.

              Horsecrap.

My 1:7 shoots 50gr to 77 grain accurately and reliably. Go load and shoot.

U can shoot almost anything with a 1-7 twist, it's just a matter of loading it right. But when u start talking a but of distance or yr measuring yr ground to the .001 of and inch then the match bullets of 70 or higher is what u want. To plink or just hit the ten ring then it doesn't matter. Light with fast over spins it and destabilize it. Not gonna notice it much if tr not trying to group or shooting long distances

Actually, overstabilizes it, the bullet resists nosing over along it's flight path, gives you some minor spin drift nearly nothing, especially inside 500 yds. Poisson Effect.
