CHEAPER THAN DIRT and AB962

I am very disappointed... Got of the phone with a CHEAPER THAN DIRT representative today. I asked if I will still be able to order RIFLE AMMUNITION once AB962 takes effect in 2011 and I was told that they will not be shipping ANY ammunition into California just to be safe. My response to her was why withold RIFLE ammunition sales to us when RIFLE AMMUNITION is not included on AB962???? Her response was it was too much of a hassle for them and they don't want the liability of an accidental shipment of handgun going out. So NO AMMUNITION sales to us in CALIFORNIA. This is B.S. and I just thought I would pass this along. If anyone has info on any other companies that will not be shipping RIFLE ammunition to us in California please chime in. Mike

I'm sure many more companies will follow suit. There are tons of companies right now that won't ship on-roster and perfectly legal guns here just because of the "liability" and "hassle". I've already started getting my feet wet with reloading, because I refuse to pay retails prices locally.

I wont be losing any sleep over CTD For the price of ammo at CTD, I can farm my own lead from fallen tree limbs and extract brass from hummingbird s**t!

I've spoken to reps at sportsmans guide. I was told quite frankly that they make WAY too much money to cut is off completely and that they will ship whatever they can. AIM surplus hadn't even decided and told me to call back later
