Fwiw, probably 80% of the .357mag Fiocchi brass I've seen has way off-center flash holes. I've noticed it in some of there other brass, but not to the extent with .357. I'm not sure how much if anything it would do to accuracy, the only worry would be breaking a decapping pin.
