At first, I told myself that reloading would save me money...Well, maybe in the long run. I figured it'd be about $500 to start...but in the past month, I've already dropped a little over $1,200 on reloading gear - and I only load 30-06 on a single stage press. I've spent about $650 on the equipment, and about $550 on supplies - brass, powder, primers($370
), bullets. And I haven't even purchased a chronograph, yet.
Maybe I'm just crazy, keeping track of what I've spent.
I've got to stop spending so that I can still afford to go to the range!
I've also been out in the garage until after midnight just about every night for the past few weeks, standing in front of my reloading bench - sometimes, just looking for something to do.
And to top it all off, somehow a reloading manual has found its way onto the table next to my bed.
My wife wants to know when things will go back to 'normal'.
