I have a BETA MASTER CHRONY, and it has served me well. (MIDSOUTH SHOOTERS has them for $113.00).
Below are a few pictures of the FIRST TIME it was shot a few years ago, up at Devil's Head, in Knoxville, CA. (It still worked at the time, and it now had a "touch of class").
Then while in Richmond I set it up and left it there for other shooters to use (lesson learned!), and someone hit one of the "extended wire rods" - which I think affected the sensor itself, and has been giving me inaccurate readings ever since.
I am in the process of sending it in to get re-evaluated by the manufacturer.
If you need more information in regards to your loads, there are other models, or added accessories, that you can choose from. But for a basic, DO-ALL chrony...the Beta Master is hard to beat.
Bottom line, it's a great device for the money.
