Bummer. I would have just pulled the bullets, checked the charge weight, resized and reseated but I don't like to wait.

I have the similar defective UMC ammo. Where can I find the customer service phone number of Remington? I tried 1-800-243-9700, but couldn't get the right person.

I used their website. It took a while but I eventually got a shipping label to send them the defective ammo. I sent them 90 defective rounds and they sent me a check for $30

I have a couple of thousand rds of the stuff. Checked all the trays and I am good. Must have been a shipping or store person unloading the truck.
If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck.
