Processing procedure step-by-step

Pre wash to remove any carbon, stains, mud etc
Roll size
Deprime
Swage to remove any crimps
Full length resize
Neck size w/carbide expander to provide proper neck diameter/concentricity for better neck uniformity, bullet tension and less bullet run out
Trim, chamfer, deburr case mouth to 1.750 +/- .003
Final quality control inspection w/ case gauge block to verify correct head space
Polish

You can do all the work or spend all the money to have someone else do all that work but it will still not be new brass.
The only way to get new brass is to buy new brass or unfired factory ammo that comes loaded in new brass.

I’ve used M&S processing for my last 12,500 cases.

I hate case trimming. All I have to do is check them with case gauge and primer pocket gauge. While I’m gauging I separate by head stamp.

I used Blue Ridge Brass in WVA. Sent them 4000 9mm cases by USPS Priority Flat Rate box. They came back trimmed, swaged, roll sized and very shiny.

No experience. I'm a bit confused tho. If you reload, you don't have your own tumbler? They don't cost much.

It was the roll sizing, trimming and swaging that got my attention. I do have a wet tumbler and I can make brass shine with the best of them but I don't have a roll sizer, yet. There is a difference between my brass and the processed brass mostly due to roll sizing which seems to virtually eliminate most feed problems. The Glock bulge is gone with roll sizing and they all just drop into the ammo checker after loading like new ammo. I use the processed brass when loading match ammo to increase reliability.

I didn't see any links on their site for processing services other than the 223 in your link. How to know if they process any other calibers? If you want something incased in acrylic, they seem to be the place.
