Have some Fiochi hulls, but if I use American primers they are dangerously loose. Fortunately I just got a tool from Ballistic Products that might help.

The reconditioning tool from BP works great. I mounted the base on a hard surface ( small vice ) with thin double face tape, makes the job go smoother, a good tap of a hammer and good to go with win 209's and Ched 209. Deprime in batches, recondition in batches is time effective
The tape comes off with wd 40

Appreciate your post. Bringing the European stuff to smaller American size seems the way to go. Best of both worlds. The reconditioning tool from BP works great. For shotshell, just make sure you can't push them in with your thumb.
Euro shells and those reloaded with euro primers will likely be loose with US primers.
I have plenty of US hulls. My Blue Peters Target hulls were getting a little loose, so I load them with Fiocchi primers (on the small side of euro spec).Last edited by JagerDog; 07-29-2022, 9:15 PM.Palestine is a fake country
