I used to load my 223 bolt action with 55gr fmjbt bullets and Titegtoup. Very light recoil and worked great to 100 yards. I forget the load data but LEE manual load data and Hodgen load data has it. I could get aboit 2000 rounds in a lb bottle.

7000gn in a pound so 2000 rounds from a pound is 3.5gn.

I used a 50 grain bullet with
8.8 grain 800x. They don't make 800x anymore.. but if you see any or already have some...

It will go beyond 100 yards (I used to shoot 100 yard targets with it) and is subsonic. Wont cycle a semi auto. I use it in my semi auto and just manually cycle it.
