I notice that Eastwood offers both Powder coating powder and powder coating paint.
Whats the difference?

For purposes of coating bullets, you want the powder, and you don't want the paint.

Smoke4320 will also do 3 color sample packs (3x .333 lbs = 1 lb) so you try different colors out. They all seem to work a bit differently in the thickness of their coating ability, so it is nice to try out several colors without committing to a whole pound right away.
