Having a lot of all but one of the components needed to assemble ammo still means you have no ammo to assemble.

Stock up components proportionally, do without, or be prepared to and hope to trade some of your reserve for what you are missing. I've seen a lot of swapping going on in the marketplace and have done some myself. The deals have been fair, and are a lot more palatable than selling at inflated prices in order to buy at inflated prices.

I have lots of components could use some more 45 bullets. I have 15 k primers and 30 lbs of powder. I would like to swap powder for bullets.

This 223 brass has me considering a case prep machine.

Update after processing 2.5K of .223...

... The APP press is great, EXCEPT for one area: Because of the lack of rigidity and the pass-through shell holder, it is completely useless (and advised by Lee not to use is for this purpose) as a full-length sizing station. For pistol, sure, no problem... size all day. Size and decap in on step... sure. But for rifle (especially 223/5.56, no way Jose.

I thought they felt a little weird... so I triple check my die... then case gaged the result. Nope, not even close. Threw the same brass into my single-stage... and good to go.

So I did some poking around on Der InterWebs, and found out that Lee does not advise people to use the APP for full length sizing.

This thing is still DAMN handy... worth every penny. I'm staring at 6 more buckets of brass that need processing... and this little guy is going to do it all in record time. Tomorrow is 45, we'll see how it does... but I think it'll be just fine.

I'm tempted to get 2 more of them... set them up along the bench, and have them ready to go for Decap / Size / etc.
