I will no longer load brand new Starline brass. It seems there are some small brass imperfections inside the case that cause brass to get on your powder funnel die. This then causes that die to stick. You have to then emery board the powder funnel to remove the built up brass. Total pain in the butt and made reloading not fun. I guess this is a known issue but somehow I never came across it before.

In my experience, I had 10 .338LM Starline brass cases that were on the soft side, had a much shorter life span in comparison with Lapua brass and the same load I had for Lapua brass was too hot for the Starline brass. I ended up discarding them since, fortunately, the rest are all Lapua.

If I didn't already have the Lee (and was doing a lot of military brass) I'd go with the Mighty Armory decapper. But I do, (and don't) so...

If you've got the Lee already, there are pins made by Squirrel Daddy that are a lot harder than the Lee pins; they're nice on military brass.

But the Mighty Armory is in a league of its own. Wish I'd gone with one a lot sooner than I did.
