For expert reloaders, can other primers be used to reload 9mm?

Specifically: Large Pistol, Small rifle primers & Small Pistol Primers magnum

Requesting guidance or experience to prevent undesired events.

As others have said, large pistol primers won't work. Don't bother trying to drill out the cases to fit LPP's.

Small pistol magnum primers will work, if you go for a mid-level powder charge. Do not use a max powder charge in 9mm, or .40 S&W, with magnum primers.
