Hornady uses a 26" barrel. But, they get the same velocity, with a very similar charge of Varget as Nosler does, and Nosler uses a 20" barrel. Hornady's data velocities usually are a bit lower than that of the other sources.

For your barrel length that is to be expected. For every inch of barrel it is around 50 fps...
Varget is so so in a .223. CFE, XBR seem to work better and get some more velocity at times.
The manuals are BS, each gun is different so you need to do a load work up and use the OCW Method since doing a proper ladder takes 300-900 yards to do and is time consuming

Yes pressure equals velocity.
As you add more powder the pressure goes up and so does the velocity everything else equal.
On your Wylde chamber it has more freebore so the pressure drops or goes down versus the same load in a similar chamber with less freebore.
That allows you to use more powder in a Wylde chamber and to actually increase your velocity over a conventional chamber.
More powder gives the bullet more push so you get more velocity.Lynn Dragoman, Jr.

I would wager with the faster twists w/the same ammo the projectile would be going at least a few FPS slower on AVG in relation, and slightly higher pressures, as pressure builds behind the projectile too.
EDIT:
Less than I thought...
"we found that muzzle velocity correlates to twist rate at the rate of approximately 1.33 fps per inch of twist."
"In other words, your velocity is reduced by about 5 fps if you go from a 1:12” twist to a 1:8” twist."

1.33 for 16" or 24" is only 10FPS... so nothing close to 200fps. So twist rate isn't a factor, it is so minimalI would wager with the faster twists w/the same ammo the projectile would be going at least a few FPS slower on AVG in relation, and slightly higher pressures, as pressure builds behind the projectile too.
