I scored a Dillon Square deal B for a great price from a fellow Calgunner . I am having problems with the powder dispenser , it pushes up but not far enough up to dispense powder with the case in place . I have to tap it up just a little with my finger and the powder bar jumps a little more thus releasing the powder . Any Ideas from the more experienced Dillon users ?

Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

What cartridge are you loading?
One SDB die set can load different cartridges with the same bullet diameter, but different case lengths mean adjusting the expander/powder funnel die to match the case. For extreme differences in cartridge OAL, a longer or shorter funnel is provided with the cartridge specific die set.Comment

Well that helped right off the bat , the powder funnel is lettered G which is for 44 magnum I need powder funnel E for 45acp . Thank you for that .Old problems are like dry poop, if you let the dry poop sit it doesn't smell but the minute you decide to stir the poop with a stick, the smell comes back. Moral of the story, Don't bring up old problems!Comment

Thank very very much that was the problem. The calgunner I bought it off sold it to me with two die sets one with 44mag and one with 45acp . I put the wrong funnel on the 45 acp powder die . I just switched them up and low and behold we have achieved success . Thank you again for your help .Old problems are like dry poop, if you let the dry poop sit it doesn't smell but the minute you decide to stir the poop with a stick, the smell comes back. You'll love running that machine. I have 4 of them on a large bench vise that 'spins', so I can turn the vise to one of the loaders, lock it in and start loading another caliber. They have a small footprint and it was easy to fit all 4 on a piece of .375" plate with a small 'I' beam underneath for the vise jaws to grab.Comment

Great machine for pistol loads.I bought one in 2000 think i paid about 250 for it new.I notice if it sits for a while without use i seem to have primer feed problems.
I recently greased the press according to dillions instructions and its been great but then again been using it alot lately too.Thinking of buying a conversion so i can do 10mm too but may stick to the single stage for that since i dont shoot it as much.Comment
