Dillon Owners - Locator Pin Tab Testing

Hey guys! So during Covid I got a 3d printer cause I was bored and thought of all the neat things I could print for my reloading hobby. First up was those tabs for my Dillon pins cause I hate dropping them so I decided to make some. I was hoping a couple of you that reload on a Dillon often would help me out and stress test these. Let me know if you are interested and I will throw them in an envelope and mail them to you for free.

If they work out and folks need them I can crank out a bunch for dirt cheap.

    Thanks!

I still have most of the tabs that came from Dillon on my 1050's.
I don't know why they quit making the tabs.

hows about a live primer catch? something to block off end of ski ramp to prevent live primers that did not insert into case from running down ski ramp landing on floor and rolling under toolbox or behind motorcycle?

I was just looking at that piece. Its held by 2 bolts and shouldn't be too hard to modify. I'll check that out cause I hate when they slide off to the floor and hide.

Yeah I just started checking it out. Some seem good and I don't have to learn CAD, though its been fun beating my head against the table trying to design the simplest things. The learning curve is half the fun. Eventually I might print the bullet feeder just for giggles. I have a Mr Bullet Feeder, but it would be fun to just make one.

Next time you finish a sleeve of primers, cut a piece of the primer sleeve cardboard about 2.5" long and 3/4" wide.
Fold that around the bottom end of the ski ramp.
Put a rubber band or a piece of tape around the sides of the carbdoard so you can slide it off to retrieve the liver primers and then back on when you are loading.
                        No more primer launching.
