Shoulder Bumping?

I was told that you can't bump a shoulder back on this forum.
What is this called?

The shoulder the reloader started with is not the same shoulder he finished with. The shoulder the reloader finished with was formed from the case body, the shoulder the reloader started with became the neck; after trimming the old shoulder was removed when trimmed.

It is not possible to fix stupid. Reloaders are infatuated with bumping, there is a lot more going on during sizing, forming and firing; I have claimed I have cases that will never form a donut, I have said I have cases that form donuts and I said I have formed cases that formed donuts during the forming process. All of that simply locks a reloader up because they believe they can move the shoulder back and then there are those that believe they can bump the shoulder back; I have never said bumping does not sound cute and those that are infatuated with the term 'bump' fantasize they know what they are doing. And then? They claim everyone knows what the other meant or us saying.

And then I say my Rock Chucker does not cam over; and I make it clear the Rock Chucker is not a bump press, my Rock Chuckers do not bump because my Rock Chuckers are not cam over presses.

It is not possible to fix this stuff because it is not possible to get a reloader to remove their hands from the key board.

The manufacturers don't sell shoulder relocation dies they sell shoulder bump dies wether you accept modern terminology is up to you.
I still like the smell of cod liver oil but no longer run it.
And if making 20 cases because you don't know how to measure pleases you make 60 cases and enjoy your weekend of one three shot group.

Funny , Fguffy didn't have access to the chamber to measure , but he could have if he had it . So instead he did the next best thing , helped .

If you believe anything FGuffey writes you are not a notable reloader period despite whomever your relative is or was.
If your a notable top notch world class gunsmith as FGuffey claims and you chamber a barrel and get nothing but casehead separations your not even a hack gunsmith.

If you where any kind of reloader and you most certainly are not you would know everyone sells shoulder bump dies and nobody sells shoulder relocation dies but you don't. Call Redding and ask them why!!!
