I built my own induction annealer which is still undergoing fine tuning, for ~$400. Very expensive, but I have a thing for really super extremely consistent ammo. Plus I reload for "50BMG" (really is 50DTC), and the cost of those cases really make it reasonable to anneal. I anneal every rifle caliber that I have, every firing, simply because it's easy and more consistent. However, simply for longevity ever 4-5 firings is perfectly acceptable.
