        A CCW partially completed is an incomplete license...not a license to carry.

        An 80% with any work done is a firearm...not an 80% "with work done".

        Ammo components assembled into ammo is ammo...not components "with work done".

        OP, there a very fine but definitive line to abiding by the law and breaking it. I would rather choose the former over the latter, but do what you wish...or until your day of reckoning anyway.

            Years ago I bought me 500 rounds of 45 230 RN reloads at an estate sale. Got them for $20.00. I still have not pulled them all for salvaging the components. I would not do it again. After about 50 your hand goes numb from whacking that dang inertia puller.
