I know it is verboten to sell non commercial reloads in the ammo section. If I have loaded rounds, can they be sold in the components section, but just happen to be fully loaded? Sorry for the newbie question, I read the rules but haven't found anything about this scenario. Thanks guys

Most people don't have a bullet puller or the brains to use one. I have bought reloaded ammo then pulled bullets and reloaded. Pm me if you have reloads to sell.

Now that I've been reloading for 6 months, I would never shoot anyone else's reloads. Nope! Haha. I know how easy it is to screw up and all you need is one bad round to lead to a catastrophic failure.

I haven't checked lately (So double check me in case this has changed), but forum rules used to allow the sale of small quantities of reloaded ammo for the sole (disclosed) purpose of someone else pulling them apart for components. I don't know of anyone who would buy random home reloads and actually try to shoot them, but there are plenty of people with more time than money who don't mind pulling them and reusing the components. Generally, best practice is to discard the powder as there is no way of identifying what it is with any real certainty. Brass, primer, projectile are fair game.

I have bought reloads before from a private party. I pulled them apart and used the components to reloaded them. There's only 1 person that I trust to shoot their reloaded ammo. ME!

any reloads I get in trade or whatever I PULL dump powder on the lawn and use the brass and bullets (if cast I melt them to cast my own) I even resize and tumble.
