Cuban, that looks good assembled. If you need a modification of the collator let me know. That’s a pretty easy print.

Rabbit, if you want one I’ll print one for you too. No strings and no hidden agenda.

What's this mod you speak of?

One of the things I don't like is how the collator is attached to the main part of the feeder body. Its attached by a 1/4 hex bolt. It works but kind of janky. I don't know how to improve it myself but maybe that's what you're talking about.

Here you go. I found this guys design. He has some videos linked. You'll see how he redesigned the top part where the case is dropped out of the tube.

Will definitely work. Here is a video I made. I still need to add a couple of small sections tube so the case is guided down onto the case arm surface of the press. Will pick those up tomorrow and try it out. But this illustrates its function.

Apologize for the poor camera work and rambling.

Great offer, thank you. I use and actually like the loadmaster, and have found that paying attention to machine tuning removes the "personality" the loadmaster is famous for having. Anyways, LEE has me covered from the factory, for the most part.

Only thing I had to do was design a larger case feeder for 460S&W/500S&W/45-70/378wby class size of cases. Which was a considerably easier task than what you've done! Just some easy delrin machining, bigger tube, and done.

You need it to be all-thread like that (or a long bolt) so you can change what case you use. Some cases are almost 3 inches long, and a 9mm case.....isn't.

You'll feed with this style of feeder best when the mouth of the case is free of the collator by less than 1mm. the case above will influence the loading case less, keeping that case vertical and more easily pushed into position.

So it's actually less janky than you think.

You can turn a shouldered bolt on a lathe or sleeve the allthread if you have a single specific case this will be set up for, but I leave mine so I can adjust it as needed.

This looks like a great alternative to the Hornady case feeder. The price of those keeps me from getting one...

I guess you make a good point. Something I wasn't considering. I only load 9mm. I will probably only ever load 45 and that is if I start shooting major. No plans in the near future. That said, the modification I posted, the guy shows loading pistol and rifle cases.

Agreed. No need for changes for the sake of them. Let me run with it as is and see what's needed if anything. I played with it some more and I think its gonna work well.

To many posts to remember .
Anyway - in my case we load a bunch of calibers .
I get mine at hobby fish store and at Tap plastic .
Like someone said , cases do go in upside down .
My solution was to hand load tubes . Put a cotter key
about an inch from each end to hold cases .
You can find spacer thing on internet [ I use 2 on each set ] and the
                          Colander funnel on top .
I also use running thread , but a rod coupler instead of a nut [ longer and
                          easier to change ]
The person looking for 5/8 - water hose at car parts store [ by the foot]
                          or garden center .
Right now the 45's and 50's are hand placed .
