Aha! Never heard of it. DOH! It might be just what I'm after, for $25 can't go (too far) wrong.

    Thanks!

It can be a little fiddley to get lined up just right, but after you get it set, you will spin right along.

Also get the riser. Sold separately, of course.

Also in reference to my post above, I decap/deprime all my fired brass with a lee universal decaper, and then clean before I prep, but that's just me.

A mans words may paint a pretty picture, but his actions show his true colors.

        Same here.

I prime my cases on the press, both a Hornady LNL, and an RCBS Turret press. Both are pretty fluid and efficient.

I have a Lee hand primer, but I've only used it a couple of times.

Buy a progressive press and forget about managing primers on an individual basis.

Use a Dillon progressive. Get some extra primer tubes. My buddy has a vibra prime that works great for filling his tubes, I bought one but it didn’t work right. I hear they are hit and miss. I’m going to boiled my own, (there’s plans to make one from a spare Lee hand prime tray)

I have done a lot on a lee hand prime, and that is great if you want to stay in your house and prime, ive spent many evenings that way. I can’t say that there is any quantifiable time saving doing that versus the couple minutes itt takes to manually fill the primer tube for the Dillon. I definitely would never bother with having to do it one at a time by hand again, what a PITA.

I TRY to enlist my daughters to help, one task is them filling primer tubes so I’m ready to rock, while the other one lubes cases and refills my tray. They both bailed on me last weekend.

I'm exactly the opposite. I had more problems with misaligned primers with the Hornady handheld. I also find a better feel when seating with the RCBS. The lack of shell holders with the new version of the RCBS tool is a bonus as well.

I only use the handheld for rifle; pistol is primed on the Hornady LNL AP using the on-board priming system.
