TSUSA is good and I wish they can use UPS as an option for shipping.

Fedex ground is a joking in my area because they use contractor to deliver the package, 3 out of 4 times the system marked delivered, but I didn't see anything outside my door. I checked my security camera, and no fedex truck showed up based on the delivery time.

is shipping free at targetusa OR NOT??

on their site my selections says qualifies for free shipping, but when i check out im dinged with $13 fed x home delivery. I read about a prime membership on calguns, I don't have one, is this the reason?

It appears that I have been fortunate as they have picked up when I have called. Their system has some glitches with shipping costs and notifications. I usually purchase by the cases(s), thus I have not purchased their membership program. I am considering it for smaller orders of more costly brands.
