I have ammo shipped to us all the time by customers (I am a ammo vendor) and I have not heard bad things.

I've been thinking of doing the TSUSA prime membership to allow myself to buy smaller amounts of ammo more often. I've been reading a bit about their issues with shipments and customer service.

Has anyone had these issues? I've ordered from them once, had absolutely no complaints, but wondering if anyone else has stories to share

I've ordered dozens of times from them. All pre ammo import ban. Never had a problem. The stuff always showed up. They don't answer the phone or emails, but the stuff shows up no problem. I've got several friends that have had the same experience. Now, if you want to change or cancel an order etc after its been placed I don't know. They don't answer the phone or emails.

I've been buying ammo exclusively from TSUSA for a few years now. Never had any issues whatsoever. It was also super easy to upload my 03FFL+COE to their system.

Before this year I bought all my ammo from them.
Towards the end it took a little longer for them to process and ship due to the amount they were shipping and the dead line.

They always did me good.

+1 I've ordered probably five or six orders form Target Sports and never had an issue. Their automated shipping emails may be buggy sometimes- I want to say I've received "your order is being processed" emails, followed by "your order has shipped" messages considerably after the package actually shipped. Still, nothing to really be concerned with. The prime idea is interesting, but I'm way too cheap for it.

Changing an order is understandable, especially if it's been shipped. I've seen many complaints about that. What is TSUSA supposed to do; Call fedex or whomever back and change the order? Kind of absurd thinking

I use them exclusively for the prime membership to mostly save on shipping costs. Never had any issues with them. Website super easy to navigate and upload documents for 03ffl/coe.

Only place to get ammo. I even had some delivered to the wrong place and they replaced it. (Eventhough the ups shmuck “verified” he delivered it. I have a porch camera and he was never there but another story)
Good company and still sells to this God forsaken state.

Pre-ban they got, understandably so, bogged down with all of the orders. They asked for patience, they got it (at least from me). Once I get my 03/CO3, I will be ordering from them again.

TargetSports is awesome

Great prices, ship fast and great selection.
I got my C&R license so I can still have ammo shipped to my house.
I had a list of 6 different vendors who said they would ship.
After I received my C&R TargetSports was the only one still willing to ship.
If you know anyone else I would appreciate a heads up in case TargetSports changes their policy.

I used them almost exclusively up until the ammo ban. Shipping times got a it longer at the end there, but I assumed it was because they were selling so much product.
