Lol, that or maybe they need to add that flavor to the tide pods to keep these kids from having the brain capacity and life span to vote

What they are referring to is using a 9mm case to find a datum on the shoulder. Any datum diameter will work so long as it's larger than the neck diameter and smaller than the start of the shoulder. Being that it is only a comparator if they want to keep good records that 9mm case will need to be retained and the only one used for such measurements.

I had a 223 case stuck recently. Ended up removing the die from the press, sprayed the case and die with a little WD40, grabbed the case with channel locks and twisted a bit to break the seal. Worked really well.

I know that, and you know that. But do they know that?

I have given up on going all tech-no on Calguns. It is very difficult to establish baseline firearms knowledge from the great many who post comments, plus the attention span factor. However, there are plenty people here who more knowledgeable than I, and I've have had the great pleasure of learning all things about guns and ammo from them.

Oh yeah, I learned about how to establish and the importance of a datum line as it relates to Reloading rifle cartridges since, oh, say...1978 give or take a decade or two.
