You know when things get bad for reloader?
You tend to impulsive buy due to upgrade, good deal etc. Then realize you have a few too many presses. Not enough room.
You thought reloading would save money. But then you buy components even for stuff you don't own or need.
You shoot so you can hurry and cook up another pet load.
Omg is everyone else the same? Or am I alone?

Dillon xl650#1- use constantly
Dillon xl650#2- putting up for sale tonight, practically stole it from a Dallas pawn shop and brought it home in my luggage.
Dillon xl650#3- kinda used for parts with the possibility of mounting it on a autodrive someday, for $100 I couldn't pass it up.
Forster CoAx- use it constantly
RCBS Rockchucker- tried to sell it, will keep it for the offers I got
RCBS AmmoMasterII- paid $100 for it and what the hell, maybe I'll buy a .50 someday
MEC 9000H in 12ga- I don't load shotgun but for the price I paid this is the Mac daddy of presses for cranking out shells, one day I'll give it a try.

lol. yeah. i had 5 presses at one point. Down to 3. I only have brass in one caliber I don't shoot. Keep your 550 and a shotgun press and a single stage and get rid of the rest

+1 My only weakness is being a little too obsessive about picking up brass at the range. Sometimes it gets in the way of shooting.

No kidding. I pick up brass for calibers I don't even own... it's a sickness.

Not to mension being put on emergency contacts . Been retired 12 years and at least 2 calls a month .
Lots of married nephews and nieces , I just got home , one sent home with flu .
Now I buy orange juice and apple juice by the case at costco .

When I first started reloading I wondered how/why people end up with so much stuff. I knew there was no reason to so I was never going to wind up like those guys.

I'm less than 3 years in and have: 3 presses & considering a 4th, several hundred pounds of brass & bullets, about 20 different powders, multiple scales, ...... I look around and know that I have enough stuff now and won't buy a single new thing 'till I actually NEED it, but I've said that many times over and am currently negotiating on more stuff.

When you own 4 - 550s, 1 - 650, 1- 1050, 1 - RCBS 50 bmg press, Two RCBS rock chuckers, one Mec...and 47,000 pieces of brass and bullets you might qualify to be stocked....otherwise, no, you aren't a boy scout reloader...always be prepared.

Haven't sold anything other than some powder I knew I had no use for, I purchased it as part of a package deal. I still have a few powders and bullets that I probably won't use any time in the next several years that I'll probably sell. As far as equipment, the only thing I've considered selling is my second progressive press, but I might just make more space and mount it.

Lol. Only 1 Dillon. However 6 toolheads, 6 shell plates, 7 powder drops, imho I've passed up other 550 due to space. The caliber setups take enough room.
As for brass I have no idea how much is laying around. Common 9 40 223 o have more than enough to last a while.
Lol projos? Yeah pretty covered as I cast too. There is a bit of tin pewter and lead [emoji2]
Wish I had more shot. Never enough shot sad to say.
Besides I was happy with just a Dillon 550. Then you know? A press here. A press there. Lol o and scales? How many is too many? Glad I don't hoard scales. 5 scales is too many for me. May need to thin the herd.
