        7) Please do not wait to pick up your ammo. We only have so much space.
First... good onya for providing this service. I've heard of a few places that are charging so much it's an obvious ploy to avoid doing it.

#7 is going to be a sticking point for a lot of mom & pop stores. I say "Pick it up in 7 days or we sell it!"

Kudos to "29 outdoor gear" It would be nice to see other local shops in Cali try this approach. I can't help but think they would acquire more very loyal customers.

Fabulous customer service! Picking up ammo was quick and painless. Walked in, showed my receipt and ID, paid the sales tax and I was done! Couldn't say enough good things about this place!

Chatted with them at length! We first were talking about the HST's that I picked up and then we somehow started talking about unsupported chambers and then reloading. The gunsmith, Paul, came out of the back and we started chatting about some of the questions I had. He gave me a quick tutorial/lesson on the spot! Very nice and VERY patient (especially since he had to repeat himself often as I am hard of hearing). For anyone interested, they will be offering reloading classes in the future. I think come Jan 2019, it will be a very popular class!

I was looking for stuff to buy as a 'Thank you!', but didn't find anything unfortunately. We will surely be by again near the end of the month since we will be going in that direction.

To 29 Outdoor Gear and crew, THANK YOU!
