    Free ammo pickup-American Canyon- instructions

There seems to be a lot of chat about 29 Outdoor Gear (in American Canyon) receiving ammunition delivers for free. It's true. There is no charge at all, and we'll take care of you with a smile. Here are the instructions from our FB page:

[American Canyon is north of Vallejo but south of Napa]

    1) The place you order from will likely want our FFL. Have them email us jerry@29outdoorgear.com and we'll email back our FFL.
    2) Ask them to put your name and number on the paperwork so we can call you when it arrives.
    3) It's best to track your order just in case they don't put the correct info on the paperwork.
    4) When you pick up, bring your ID.
    5) We charge no fees, but we will have to collect sales tax. This is the same anywhere you go.
    6) If you order a large quantity make sure they will deliver it to us using a lift-gate truck and pallet jack. We have no fork lift.
    7) Please do not wait to pick up your ammo. We only have so much space.

Here are a couple of places to look for ammo deals. Feel free to post links to the places you like to buy ammo.

High-quality, USA-made ammo for sale online, including bulk orders! Get new and remanufactured rounds at great prices. Shop 9mm, 223, 380, .45, 10mm, and more.

Could you please do me and other duck hunters a favor and forward a copy of your FFL to Rogers Sporting Goods? They will no longer ship to CA unless they have an FFL on file, and request that it be sent to them - not the other way around. Since they frequently have great deals and free shipping, there were a lot of folks here that ordered from them up until the new law took effect.

    From their web page:

"California Residents. We can only ship to an FFL and must have a copy on file before we ship. You can send a copy of the FFL to foidcards@rogerssportinggoods.com"

They are close enough for me to drive to, but I don't need anything. But I think I'll swing by and spend some money, because they sound like good people! Do they sell reloading components?

29 outdoor gear sells reloading components. Not sure about bullets but they do have powder & primers.

                        Thank you!!!

The wife and I have stopped in several times to browse and buy a few miscellaneous items. Unfortunately, they're too far away to buy a pistol (due to having to return again for pickup on day 10). They're a great group of guys and have always been great to us with their time. I'll have to get a shipment to you guys the next time the wife and I head up to the wine country!

                        Thanks again!!!

I've bought a few things there. Great shop. I'll make sure to stop by and spend some more whenever I drive through because of this!

Thanks Jerry and the rest for a great service and supporting shooters!
