California "FFL 03 Friendly" Ammunition Dealers starting 1/1/18

I got an email from MidwayUSA about shipping to FFL's, so I contacted them today. As stated here earlier that was a no for FFL 03's, I asked them would they ship to an FFL 06 just out of curiosity and that was also a no.
I don't have a 06, that was just something I had considered a while ago. That ship has since sailed, I don't plan on getting one.

you can try ammoseek with conditional/free ship but off the top i know aeammo and velocityammosales must be $250 and $200 minimum

after some back and forth and making me sign my original copy of my FFL (which u shouldnt do).. and additional law diving into the FFL03..

With that $100 membership they send you a free $75.00 bluetooth speaker with your first purchase. I wasn?t expecting that but it was nice of them-as they certainly didn’t have to!

TargetSports really is a solid place to purchase so far. I just got approved for my 03/COE and made my first purchase yesterday. Shipped this morning. I did opt in to the annual subscription (for which the discount basically covers some or all of the CA sales tax depending on where you are.) Given their prices on what I've been looking for are consistently lower than other places, it's a no brainer if you plan to spend about $1,200 a year or more on ammo.

Another nice consideration of the Target Sports club membership is the free shipping on any quantity of ammo. Need a single box of .30 Carbine or .32 Auto...no shipping cost (which will eat you alive ordering only one or two boxes of ammo with any other retailer).

I joined initially in 2022, so didn't get a free speaker. At the end of last year though, all members did get a free plastic ammo can with a cleaning kit inside of it. Doesn't off-set the membership fee to any great degree, but it is a classy touch.

Quick follow up. Received my first purchase in 5 business days via UPS (East Coast to Left Coast), no problems and did include my "free gift" of a speaker. Well packaged and quick.

Just made my second purchase. I think I'll make my break even very easily. It's so easy, it's addictive.

Placed an order and got tracking number same day

I ordered around Wednesday, sent my info via email. Got an email the next day asking for an FFL, replied saying I sent my FFL 03 and COE.

Still waiting for word and can?t get them on the phone.

This is all after I called and confirmed they will ship to me.
