No more FFL03/COE orders to Commifornia, I verified it, it's right on their website now. They'll only ship to an FFL01 here.

Catching up on comments here and inside the doc.

I added a page for all dealers who are NOT shipping to Cali, I've added all the ones who decided to stop taking Californians' monies on that side. Can probably just start removing them and all the defunct dealers from the main list of dealers who are good-to-go. Would like others' input or if you have dealers I'm missing (mine were collected from Ammoseek dealers, just the ones who actually show up in search results, not exhaustive)
