Just completed a purchase with White Birch Armory.

You just need to input your FFL03 license number, along with the same address information on the license in the fields requested to complete the purchase.

The email them copies of your FFL03 and California COE, using the email addresses on the email they send you when you complete the purchase.

Interested to read that Brownells will do so now...MidwayUSA will not.

Unfortunately Vizards has changed their policy on shipping to FFL03 in CA. PM sent to have removed from the list.

We will only ship to FFL dealers for California ammunition orders.

Class 03 & Class 06 FFL types or Ammunition Vendor licenses are no longer valid for documentation

Yes, if in the past year, they had more than:
$100,000 in sales to CA
or
200 transactions
The CA tax rate will be 7.25%

I had an email exchange with Shooters Pro Shop (http://www.shootersproshop.com) over the past few days and they now say that they will ship to an 03FLL/COE holder in California. In response to my query they said:

"Yes ,we can ship to you, but you will need to provide us with copies of your FFL and COE for us to have on file before we can ship the order. We will also need to ship the order to the address on the FFL. Please let us know if you have any other questions."

Regarding whether they need documentation before an order is placed or if we send it afterward and reference the order number, they stated:

"Either way works for us. You can send it before or after you place your order. If you place the order without sending us the docs first, one of our team may reach out and ask, but that is the only difference."

When I subsequently asked them about the warning on their website that they don't ship ammo to California, they stated:

"You are still good to go. You can still order ammo in CA. That notice is probably a little dated."

So...I'll see if it works out.
